I am a motivated Accountant with progressive international experience in Financial Reporting for Representative Offices, Branch Offices and Trading/Non-trading legal entities, with over 184 months of hitch-free Financial Reporting and related activities with Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and Novartis Pharma, covering French west & Central Africa clusters (over 15 countries). I have a strong background in accounting principles and experience in accounts payable processes (AP), including invoice processing, payment processing, vendor management (Due diligence and onboarding), and reconciliations. Driven with passion and integrity, I am a mature team worker, adaptable to all challenging situations and do communicate effectively and efficiently in English and French. As member of the Novartis Task force for Ethics & Compliance and Culture champions Lead for the French West Africa Cluster, I inspire, influence and help guide fellow associates across and beyond the cluster, to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a positive Business culture for a productive work environment.

  • Posting into SAGE SAARI, all Bank and divers operations of Novartis Pharma Services FWA&OI (Imputing costs with respect to Country, Function/cost centres and products) daily. (2006 to 2013)
  • Editing and printing of monthly General ledgers, Trial balances and Analytical trial balances for routine monthly Expenses reporting (to Ivory Coast for validation and transfer) to Basel via Nphs Country Reporting System.
  • Ensuring the coherence between OHADA general Accounts and the Novartis Reporting accounts under strict respect of Novartis financial reporting guidelines (Also ensuring that the SOX Confirmation accompanies trimestral financial reporting). (2007 to 2013)
  • Preparing elements for the reporting of monthly Accruals and prepayments, sales reductions and legal cases. (2006 to 2013)
  • Codifying and archiving of all Accounting support documents of Novartis Pharma Services FWA&IO.
  • Assisting in internal audit exercises and all other work necessitating the attainment of objectives.
