  • Provide support for analytical processes including research and strategic planning.
  • Contribute to the development of Oxfam standards on grant , partnership management, program development, monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Provide capacity building, and grant development.
  • Work with the Deputy Regional Directors and regional program staff to facilitate regional and thematic program planning processes including development of long term program strategic papers, program implementation plans, baseline and annual program reviews.
  • Conduct annual grant audit and coordinate processes to ensure compliance of agency grant making with US regulations such as OFAC requirements, 990 tax regulations.
  • Participate in grant reviews committees and regional program review processe.
  • Lead on trainings for regional and headquarters office staff on such systems.
  • Work with regional program and other departmental staff in developing project proposals, monitoring and evaluation; follow-up with partners and fundraising.
  • Contribute to development and implementation of a knowledge management framework to enhance Oxfam America (OA)’s learning from its experiences in rights-based programming, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Work with Global Thematic Advisors in conducting appropriate research on relevant thematic areas.
