  • Provide technical support and assist in the development and implementation of various activities and processes within the specific area of work supporting alignment with wider programme policies and guidelines.   • Achievement: training sessions were conducted for cooperating partners on the process of implementing activities through the cash modality following the selection process. Monthly and quarterly distribution plans were submitted throughout the year and updates to the lists of beneficiaries using the cash modality were updated monthly in the SCOPE database prior to each distribution. Plan and carry out physical verifications for the distribution of payment materials to beneficiaries in line with standard operating procedures. Successfully conduct targeting according to well-defined criteria, enroll beneficiaries in the SCOPE platform and carry out continuous updates of information on this platform with the support of the SCOPE/CBT unit of the country office and plan transfers to beneficiaries via the SCOPE platform according to the business process model. Participate in the organization and implementation of multi-sectoral assessments as a prelude to the implementation of CASH activities in the Far North region. Coordinate as a lead of the CASH working group activities with other humanitarian actors in the Far North region for better complementarity in the field (the main activities being the development of the risk matrix, market price monitoring and development of the 5w matrix to limit duplication of partner activities in the field).
