  • Provide the necessary expertise, support and coaching to the various managers according to the practices and standards of the group
  • Facilitate program changes and team interventions as required
  • Provide staff analysis (for example, personnel statistics rates or any other request from the Director General and Regional Human Resources)
  • Establish guidelines on HR best practices for all managers
  • Plan the Strategic Management of the Directorate, aligning it with the company’s strategy
  • Ensure that all employees have equal opportunities and apply procedures in a fair and consistent manner, regardless of nationality or citizenship
  • Manage all workers groups, including unions, employee representatives and collective bargaining bodies
  • Maintain key contacts with employer associations and Ministry of Labour officials
  • Recommend solutions and advise management on important employee relations issues
  • Manage compensation, ensuring consistency of practices
  • Approves general administrative documents, including employment contracts, position title changes, salaries, ranks, terminations, and other related matters
  • Focal point with the community, if it can relate to the company as a whole or to an aspect of the human resources function
  • Keep abreast of developments in labour or employment legislation
  • Seek solutions to HR-related problems, benchmarking, using survey instruments or other means relevant to this research and analysis
