Our major activity is the production, sales, and distribution of washable sanitary pads (PAPILIO).

Description

Rinoo Cameroon is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager &Team lead to fulfill and achieve the distribution and sales objectives for her key products through the successful implementation of sales strategies/plans and to oversee the activities of the Rinoo team working closely with the Operations Manager to realize a seamless continuous production. Our ideal candidate should be persuasive, have a strong work ethic, and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, people management, and customer service skills at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a salesperson
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • An Experience in sales in a fast-moving customer goods(FMCG)industry will be an advantage
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Excellent verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Creative problem solving

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with key accounts
  • Call potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases
  • Make appointments and meet new customers
  • Ensure distribution objectives as achieved as per the sales plan
  • Develop new market, and product outlets
  • Answer customer questions and escalate complex issues to the Managing Partner
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of various company products
  • Maintain accurate record of all sales, schedule customer appointments and complaints
  • Ensure communications about the products reaches the various target customers
  • Inform the production department of possible product improvements and changes to ensure the company products meet current market trends.
  • Analyze competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
  • Participate in social events, corporate events, trade shows, and workshops
  • Organize and participate in community building and brand awareness boosting events
  • Engage in online conversations with prospective and existing clients about our products and brand
