• Under this double hat position, my role is to ensure quality implementation of the protection related component of NRC core competencies, ensure representation at coordination bodies, manage the team as well as other resources.
• For this, I led NRC team to the field alongside UNHCR for the monitoring of situation at borders, attended needs assessment initiatives for the protection aspects, attended Central African Republic crisis response preparation in East Cameroon.
• Specific grants wise, I led our team to closely work with ICLA team in Central African Republic to achieve crossborder response. As a result, a coordination platform was put in place, while legal assistance for retrieval of abandoned property was delivered to refugees in East Cameroon.

• During 03 years I worked in Logone and Chari, Mayo Sava and Mayo Moskota divisions of the Far North Region of Cameroon, with communities and schools to implement education in emergency projects.
• Under integrated programming perspective, I put in place protection components with referral system to Gender Based Violence and civil documentation supporting institutions comprising INGOS and government services.
• Concomitantly, I was called to cover interim positions in Education Core Competency as Coordinator, and Field Office Coordinator as well.

• I contributed to complete by 100% the implementation of 03 projects in Mayo Sava and Logone & Chari areas in Far North Region (Lake Chad Area) in 2018.
• This included provision of gender sensitive benches in 15 schools, distribution of school kits in 33 schools, organization and co-facilitation of 05 teachers training sessions, and rehabilitation of 17 classrooms, with a team of 04 field assistants.
• Alongside these key activities, I contributed to data collection and analysis related to the Education Rapid Need Assessment in June, followed by the feasibility study on Accelerated Education Program in December.

• I conducted a training of trainers on 'School Improvement Plan Process' and led the team in Zokok Laddeo flood exposed community.
• Alongside the representatives of the Ministry of Basic Education, we conducted the 'School Improvement Plan Process' in Gado and Timangolo Refugee host communities.
• I took part to 02 training programs related Child Protection Committees in MINAWAO, the first targeted 5 committees, the second for 80 committees.

• Under the child protection in emergency component of the Central African Refugees’ Response, I took part to field supervision of activities in Mbile camp and attended one sub cluster meeting.
• I actively implemented advocacy initiatives related to the promotion of Child Protection Policy, and conducted PU’s self-assessment on a yearly basis, disseminated reference documents and fed child protection sections in various corporate reports and proposals.

• Under this position, I was in charge of data collection and management, update of database, monitoring of activities implementation and results, spearheading of field visits as well as research and evaluation initiatives.
• Main duty comprised assistance to project staff in the planning and execution of relevant project activities, identifying the needs and drawing the Terms of Reference for specific activities.

• I was in charge of implementation of project activities in a zone made up with 03 councils through community mobilization activities, coaching of children and youth groups, organization of events, guiding of supervision missions, indigenous people and child protection data collection and supervising service providers.
• I succeeded to complete the Birth certificate which was abandoned by a service provider, hence issuing and dispatching 850 birth certificates in 3 councils (Mindourou, Lomie and Messok).

• I defined the entire set of processes, tools, formats, protocols and strategies of our programme.
• I ensured resource mobilization and management, communication and representation tasks, alongside with activity monitoring, staff capacity development, community capacity development and reporting to partners.
• I conducted a 'Birth Certificate Project' through which 1,500 children living in Plan International partner communities obtained a birth certificate through the legal process with court and local councils.

• As Research Assistant: I contributed to data collection in target areas in East region of Cameroon, many times.
• As Sponsorship Assistant: I was dedicated to sponsored children enrolment, files update, photographing, leading of sponsors visits, ...
• As Field Coordinator in Awae / Center region of Cameroon, and later on in Diang in East region, I was in charge of impelementation of programme (education, health, livelihoods, WASH) and sponsorship activities, closely working with partners and local communities.
• As Sponsorship data controler: I was member of the team in charge of review of sponsorship products.
• As Junior Consultant: I led consultation and formulation the children's manifesto contribution from Cameroon. I worked as trainer on Active methods for Participatory Research focused on community planning. I piloted training of facilitators and the process of elaboration of school development plans in East and far North Regions of Cameroon.
