• Led Bertoua Thermal Power Plant expansion (+5 MW), ensuring stakeholder engagement for politically sensitive project.
• Contributed to Songloulou Hydropower Plant (384 MW) three-year rehabilitation, managing high-risk technical works (underwater welding, confined space, anchoring, hot works), extending plant life by more than 10 years.
