- Request and receive EVD when minimum threshold is reached
- Request and receive new stock in the POS system
- Receive, count and check physical stock and classify in the stock room with the appropriate visible label for each item
- Timely dispatch stock items to Service Center Representatives (SCRs) for sales purposes.
- Timely put partner’ requested stock at the disposal of SCR for sales.
- Perform stock transfers to other Service Centers (SC) on demand
- Perform daily reconciliation of physical vs system stock, as well as EVD transactions for all SCRs of the SC, justify gaps and report to SC management and Finance.
- Perform month end inventory and justify gaps
- Prepare a monthly activity report highlighting the top selling products, dormant stock, and faulty phones.
- Take action to mitigate unpredictable stock shortages
- Inform SC Supervisor of any security measures’ breach at the level of stock room
- Ensure audit findings are closed on time
