Conduct Psychological Assessment and Diagnosis

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychological evaluations to understand the mental and emotional impact of abuse
• Identify signs of trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD and other psychological conditions on students in the vocational sector of education and young girls with low levels of education.

Trauma-informed counseling and therapy

• Counsel students and young girls who have had a past experience of trauma and abuse
• Provide individual and group therapy to help survivors process their experiences in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
• Day-to-day counseling with company staff and management of occupational hazards.

Crisis intervention

• Respond to acute psychological crisis, including panic attacks, suicidal thoughts or emotional breakdowns.

Academic Guidance

• Help students set academic goals and plan their course selection.
• Monitor academic progress and provide support or intervention when students are struggling.
• Assist Students in developing effective study habits and time management skills.

Career Counseling

• Provide information on career pathways, higher education and vocational options.
• Help students with college application, scholarship searches and entrance examination preparation.
