• Participate in the planning, organization and coordination of Mental Health activities, in close collaboration with the Mental Health amanager and other medical team members.
• Supervise, in close coordination with the Humaan Resource department, the associated processes (recruitment, training/induction, evaluation, potential detection, development and communication) of staff under my responsibility
• Offer clinical counselling supervision to mental health counsellors in collaboration with the Mental Health Manager

• As the focal person for protection in the project, I identified and referred clients (victims of gender based and domestic violence, unaccompanied minors, victims of assaults, displaced persons and other vulnerable group of persons) with protection needs to other specialist or other institutions for further assistance, when necessary.
• Participated in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and treatment plans of clients.
• Implemented evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients manage mental health difficulties.
• Facilitated group therapy sessions to help clients develop coping strategies and social skills.

• Interviewed clients, families, or groups to assess situations, limitations and issues and implement services to address needs.
