
Makia Cletus Ntoko Diland holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, and has been a support staff controller and Intern in the Operations Control Division of the Road Fund from February 2021 to date. He has proven experience in managing the programming of authorizing officers, the operating budget of the Road Fund, the preparation of quarterly and annual activity reports, and the management of fixed assets. In addition, He has acquired experience in the management of public contracts (preparation of tender documents, preparation of calls for tenders and analysis of calls for tenders) as support staff for the Internal structure for the administrative management of public contracts.
