  • Briefing with the Ground Handling agent team Leader/Chief/Supervisor prior to the beginning of the operations to discuss the operations plan and identify hazards, irregularities and/or non-compliance with the standard procedures required for the upcoming operations
  • Enter and document the different lead times in accordance with DHL requirements, e.g
  • First and last ULD unloaded, etc
  • And communicate them to the appropriate DHL department
  • Provide a copy of all required documents to the Crew Leader/Leader/Supervisor, such as the load sheet, load plan and NOTOC, unless previously provided to the ground attendant prior to the start of the operation
  • Ensure that the Load Verification (LV) for the Main Deck and Inside Deck is performed by the supervisor
  • Assurance of all safety procedures and processes, including sealing of aircraft
  • Debrief with Ground Operations Third Party Team Leader/Lead/Supervisor
  • Conduction of departure and arrival briefings.
