  • Lead and monitor team onboarding process. improved on creation done in 4 days that contributed to 35,000 Merchants with a progress of 5% rejection vs 40% in 2024
  • Built ,managed ,motivate and retain a field team such as Regional managers, Regional Team Lead and TDRs, providing training, guidance, and performance monitoring to drive consistent results. Decrease in churn rate 5% Vs 30% in 2024.
  • Proposed and lead merchant and clients retention program for a smooth adoption that contributed to a progress of 60% of the active base with 5trnx and value 5000 Naira vs 37% in 2024.
  • Manage Team budget and mission execution budget to contribute to merchant activation and revenue in remote areas and states with low merchants across the B2B and Mass market .We onboarded 6000 Merchants , 10 Filling stations ,24 Pharmacies,and 5 whole sellers in remote areas
  • Ensure strict adherence to MoMo PSB regulatory and compliance guidelines by sales team and merchant network.That led to the contribution in fighting fraudulent onboarding and transactions.
  • Collaborated with product, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to optimize onboarding processes and enhance merchant adoption .That contributed to 35,000 onboarded Merchants.

  • Designed and pilot workflow for team missions in remote areas and market expansion : We activated 8,000 CICO agents and onboarded 324 super agents and activated 145 Micro finance agencies for float rebalancing.
  • Contributed and pilot the development of new services like E-cards , Lending and savings ,Bill payments , Solar bill payments and remittances.
  • Contributed and monitored agent network revenue through Float management , training , business case , and agent rewarding . We improved from 40% to 68% active agents gaining 50,000 Ariary a month.

  • Acquisition and development of end users through USSD and APP to increase market footprint with the management of regional team leaders and merchant sales.We onboarded 45,000 endusers via USSD and 19,000 via Orange money app.
