• Led and monitored the HIV care and treatment strategy in the cluster, increasing the number of clients on antiretroviral treatment from 3798 to 7950 within 5 years.
• Scaled up maternal and HIV-exposed infant (HEI) PMTCT cohort monitoring to all project sites in the region, attaining a PCR1 coverage of at least 95% at 6 weeks and a 90% final outcome.
• Scaled up pediatric and adolescent HIV/AIDS care and treatment services to all supported facilities to improve service quality to Children and Adolescents Living with HIV (C/ALHIV)
• Led the planning and implementation of HIV and TB/HIV prevention, community-based HIV testing, care, and treatment services in health facilities and the community
• Engaged and collaborated with community actors such as community health workers, expert clients, mother mentors, community leaders, and community-based organizations (CBO) to close gaps across the 3 95s through community-led monitoring.
• Provided technical assistance to the Ministry of Health in the development of HIV prevention and treatment national guidelines.
• Ensured prompt availability of work plans, requests for budget advances; technical reports on project performance; and participated in weekly and monthly performance review meetings.
