· Design and develop nursery and primary lesson plans in line with the national curriculum.

· Present lessons in class using the most effective teaching and learning metho that is the child centre method of teaching.

· Maintain constant watch on kids and pupils progress by asking thoughtquestions to test their level of understanding at each stage of the lesson.

· Maintain discipline in the classroom and manage time consciously creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere.

· Give, evaluate and correct class exercises, assignments, class test and examinations.

· Give thought provoking assignments to pupils to stimulate their brains.

· Encouraging and motivating kids and pupils to learn.

· Modified assignments and activities to meet the learning needs of every individual kid or pupil identified and sorted in small or similar skilled groups.

· Design and carryout projects with the kids or pupils to enhance their cognitive and practical skills.

· Hold group discussions, interactions and debates for every pupil to contribute their own individual ideas.

· Organise outdoor lessons where the kids or the pupils observe for themselves.

· Record and maintain kids and pupils attendance and performances in examinations.

· Following the rules and regulations of the said institutions.

· Drawing and writing lesson plans in line with the national curriculum.

· Observing cooperating teachers teach.

· Asking questions and correcting answers pupils responses at each stage of the lessons.
