➜ Corrective maintenance: PM analysis, alarms, CAG, antenna fine-tuning, 24/7 on-call duty

Site Surveys (30+ sites): GPS/HBA data collection, azimuth measurements, photo capture, Visio-based drawings, and report generation.

Coordinates task allocation, oversees installation quality, and resolves on-site issues while ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met.

Serve as the key link between technicians and management, handling reporting, inventory, and operational support to maintain team cohesion and performance.
