- Development of annual project work plan and budget, Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual monitoring and evaluation work plan for project interventions; Develop tools and identify mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation activities; Develop SOP for community activities; Monitor and evaluate activities of community supervisors; Work in close collaboration with Regional Technical Group (RTG), PMTCT regional Focal point and district medical officers; Collect, and synthesize PMTCT / MNCH / FP and gender-based violence data from health districts, health units and communities; Supervise community technical and administrative HIV/TB interventions; Provide training to CHW, providers and support training on community mobilization, use of data collection tools, on home testing, contact tracing, home visits, active link of people tested positive and reporting tools to ensure data quality, completeness and timeliness in preparation and transmission of reports; Prepare activity reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis of project interventions and ensure timeliness in transmission of reports
- Supervision and monitoring of community mobilization activities of Community Based Organizations (CBOs); collection and validation of data produced by CBOs as part of their activities
- Analyze and aggregate data on project indicators in order to measure changes induced by project, and provide information on progress towards achieving project objectives; Perform regular data audits to ensure quality and completeness of data transmitted; Ensure that monitoring and evaluation activities at various intervention sites comply with national policies and directives; Organize monthly and quarterly coordination meetings.
