Stabilization of Aroma Bottles supply, 07/24 - 02/25, I successfully identified, developed, and negotiated with a potential supplier who agreed to invest in machinery to produce aroma bottles. By collaborating with various functions such as Planning, Finance, and Category, I built a compelling business case that convinced top management to invest in a new mold, thereby enhancing our sourcing flexibility. This strategic move addressed the supply disruptions we had been experiencing for years due to sole sourcing. 

Staff Bus Improvement Service, 02/24 - 07/24, Faced with a monopoly situation in public transport, where SHE standards were resisted by the sole supplier, I conducted a market analysis revealing non-competitive alternatives. I proposed a leasing approach, led a TCO analysis via a third party, and successfully onboarded management. The approved lease contract provided sufficient buses for staff transport, ensured cost competitiveness, and allowed us to implement SHE standards independently.
