Profil professionnel

Public Health Specialist with over 10 years of progressive experience in the planning, management, and implementation of public health projects and programs in Cameroon. Until September 30, 2024, I served as a Project Officer with ICAP Cameroon, where I coordinated all grant actions for the Programmatic Support Award (PSA) in the three northern regions of Cameroon, the HIV Recency Project, GlobalVax (COVID-19 vaccination), and CAMPHIA 2 (technical assistance and data management). Prior to joining ICAP, I led the development and implementation of projects funded by the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, specifically the New Funding Model (NFM1, NFM2, and NFM3), in alignment with national strategic plans, where I was responsible for developing the budget for the TB component and developing some parts of the narrative. I have also managed and implemented U.S. government-funded projects, particularly those funded by PEPFAR through the CDC, in collaboration with the National Tuberculosis Control Program, and recently worked on budget development and grant writing for the next five years with ICAP. For close to four years working in ICAP, I coordinated all grant actions (APR/CA, work plans, sub-awards) in close collaboration with the technical in-country team and ICAP in New York. Additionally, I assisted with Expenditure Reporting (ER) and Projected Expenditure Reporting (PET) in close collaboration with the finance team. I have gained valuable experience in project management, project writing, implementation, research, and reporting.
