• Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assisting with the development and management of work plans.
• Convening and documenting regular meetings and calls as well as organizing and disseminating relevant materials and resources.
• Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording, and reporting systems.
• Document project activities and help to write and edit progress reports, policy briefs, notes, and minutes reflecting these activities and their impact.
• Coordinate the production of all reports with the technical and financial teams as well as producing project summary reports as required.
• Preparing and coordinating grant actions and reporting requirements as well as tracking correspondence, budgets, and reporting deadlines.
• Prepare and edit project documents and concept notes as assigned.
• Travel to domestic meetings/trainings/consultations.
• Support in the development of strategies for INH prophylaxis as well as screening, diagnosis and referral of TB presumptive cases in the Adamaoua, North and Far-North Regions.
• Provide general coordination, oversight, and project management support to the TRACE (Tracking with Recency Assays to Control the Epidemic) and GlobalVax projects, implemented by ICAP Cameroon. This includes support with protocol development and stakeholder engagement activities (for TRACE).
• Co-investigator for the Cameroon TRACE project on HIV recency
• Appointed as a member of the procurement committee for ICAP Cameroon for the period of one year renewable (October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024).

Sub-award representative

• Attend to pre-award administrative requirements of subrecipients including pre-award assessments. Conduct post award assessments as required
• Collaborate with subrecipients on SOW and budget development
• Coordinate review and approval of cash advance and certified quarterly/monthly expenditure reports
• Carry out site visits and generate Financial Site Visit Reports. Coordinate the submission of Financial and Technical Site Visit reports to NY
• Ensure subrecipient compliance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of the subaward; monitor and manage issues of non-compliance
• Provide adequate and timely follow-up on all requests from subrecipients
• Communicate to the ICAP-NY Subawards team any issues pertaining to compliance with the terms and conditions of a subaward
• Maintain electronic and physical records of all documentation and communication pertaining to each subaward

• Ensure all surveillance activities are in line with approved protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs);
• Coordinate population sensitization efforts to ensure optimal participation;
• Ensure proper training of all project personnel and provide ongoing mentoring and supervision;
• Record and document survey data;
• Coordinate, monitor and supervise the daily activities of the field teams;
• Ensure compliance with ethical considerations;
• Ensure samples are transported under correct conditions from collection sites to reference laboratories;
• Ensure data is transmitted daily to working dashboard platform;
• Ensure appropriate documentation related to the survey according to project SOPs.

• Undertake overall coordination of project knowledge management activities to document, share and archive data to build project institutional memory as well as programmatic direction
• Coordinate all aspects of the project from inception to completion
• Develop program objectives, work plans, budgets
• Supervise program staff to ensure effective program delivery
• Oversee program planning, monitoring and valuation and ensure that measurable outcomes are attained; design study protocols with CDC and oversee implementation.
• Oversees yearly expenditure analysis exercise and ensures timely submission to CDC
• Prepares regular reports on program activities for PI and submission to CDC;
• Manages the annual continuation application funding process
• Validates activity terms of references and activity reports
• Liaises and provides technical assistance to focal persons of different departments of MOH involved in project implementation
• Ensures collaboration with other partners and donors working in similar domains of intervention as this project.
• Provide quarterly and annual program progress reports including narratives as per reporting requirements of CDC/PEPFAR

• Collection, analysis and dissemination of epidemiological data on tuberculosis (TB) and Drug-resistant Tuberculosis (DR-TB)
• Drafting of the Progress Update Report (PUDR) and reviewing/validation of this report with the LFA, twice a year
• Organize onsite data verification (OSDV) for Tuberculosis, Malaria and HIV AIDS with the LFA (Local Fund Agency) in Cameroon.
• Supervision of activities related to the fight against TB and DR-TB once every quarter
• Promote and coordinate activities related to operational research on TB and DRTB
• Coordinate the implementation of Gene Xpert connectivity (DataToCare software);
• Participate in the realization of surveys in the NTP.
• Focal point for DHIS 2 implementation in the National Tuberculosis Control Program (led a team to the University of Oslo in January 2019 to install the Tuberculosis modules unto the National DHIS 2)

• Elaboration of the detailed budget, Programmatic gap table, Performance Framework and some sections of the narrative for the TB/HIV concept note, TB component
• Representing the NTCP at peer review workshops organized by WHO and other partners
• Liaise with the Local Fund Agency (LFA) as well as Global Fund technical review and country portfolio team to address issues related to the application;
• Ensure the roll out of more testing sites as well as treatment sites
• Coordinate nutrition and transport reimbursement for patients initiated on MDR-TB,
• Ensure all patients diagnosed of drug-resistant TB are initiated on treatment.
